Four circumferential grooves drain water to cut aquaplaning. Ventus Prime 4 (K135) is Hankook's current Prime generation: optimum driving control with a quieter, more comfortable ride. Hankook highlights zigzag 3D tread blocks for dry friction, groove-wall knurling to cut pattern noise, and round-optimisation (RO) pitching for a smoother footprint. Wet braking uses uniform ground pressure and strong transverse drainage. Errols Tyres and other SA retailers list K135 as a current pattern.

Ventus S1 evo³ (K127) is Hankook's current ultra-high-performance line, with SUV and EV variants in the wider Ventus evo family. HSSC silica is vulcanised longer at lower temperature for mileage and grip. An aramid hybrid belt keeps the contact patch flat under cornering (Hankook cites about 15% better dry handling vs the previous generation). Interlocking outer grooves target wet grip without giving up dry performance. It is a common OE-style performance tyre on premium German cars.
